    Muscle cramps

Hey everyone, been on test, eq, tren cycle for about 8 weeks now. Also on 5 iu's of hgh, everyday. Been having bad muscle cramps as if late, even just pinning my glutes, if I hold that position too long, I lock up. If I hold my arms over my head to stretch, u lock up. I drink over a gallon of water a day, just wondering if maybe there were some supplements that would alleviate, some of these cramps.

Electrolytes buddy. Potassium and shit. Eat some bananas, drink some coconut water or google powder electrolytes. You just mix that shit up in your water and drink.

Are you taking creatine? If not, do. If youre body is depleted of ATP myofilaments wont detach. Creatine phosphate is needed for ATP synthesis.

Straight up potassium supplement + creatine monohydrate powder + taurine is your best bet on reducing cramps. This is assuming you drink A LOT of water. You can down extra electrolytes on top of this. Taurine + creatine really keep cramps at bay for me though.

Definitely get the potassium to start, The creatine requires too much water, seems you are already taking in a lot of water, its more of an electrolyte issue than a water issue.

I've had a cramping problem all my life. Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc tablets - available in any grocery store or pharmacy will work wonders. I take 2 per day plus 2-3 more after workouts. It beats the Potassium/electrolyte route for me by a mile. And, it's really cheap.

Also TOO much water can dehydrate you by flushing out all your salts and shit.

I like this brand. Cheap and tasty.

Ran test c, eq, dbol over the summer and had the same cramps when pinning glutes. I'd cramp and lock up in my torso around my lower lats/side abs. Hamstrings would cramp up also, but I did notice a difference when I ate at least a banana every day. I hear taurine helps also, gonna try that next time.

Baking Soda for muscle cramps caused by steroid caused electrolyte imbalance is also something to try. It worked wonders for me. pH balance was way of from the roids and 1 teaspoon of baking soda each am and pm and much better fast. Tastes nasty LOL
