Shit man 140 lbs with 20% BF? My 20 year old girlfriend has more lean mass than you...she's a college athlete but still. You need to set up a good diet program..that's it. Go to the diet section. Sure age wise you're probably not quite ready but developmentally wise you are definitely not ready. Eat train and eat some more, it will come.


Are you fucking kidding me? 5'9 140 pounds? You actually have to lift weights and eat big to get jacked, which your obviously not doing now. Those were my stats when i was in 8th grade man. AAS isnt going to help you get bigger because you obviously dont know how to eat or lift properly. Diet = 60%. lifting = 30%. AAS = 10%. Im sick of people coming on here and asking if they should do a cycle after they've lifted "really hard for 3 whole months' .Do that for 5 years, then come back. You'll get a lot more out of it. Good luck with whatever you decide.
