Bro please post your diet of what you ate yesterday along with your training split.

i am 20 years old 5 foot 6 135 pounds I am about to start a blue hearts 10 mg d bol cycle i was going to take 2 a day for 4 weeks, then start a 4 week anavar cycle. I am going to take 20 mg of d bol(blue hearts) every day and drink 3 protein shakes a day along with bcaa caps after i workout. i drink 2 serious mass shakes during day and one 100%casein b4 i sleep i was wondering if i am doing this correctly.
I am not using test because i am 20 yrs old i figure my body already produces enough? also will be taking small doses of nolvadex just in case because I've heard a lot about d bol causing gyno. I am a novice I will admit and am willing to take pointers or advice from anyone and anyway they will give it. bitching at me or not.
I'm here to learn so please fill me in if this doesnt look correct for my first little cycle. not a big guy so not goin crazy on anything just wana be healthy inside and out. also will be taking milk thistle and animal pack vitamins if i need to?

Dianabol will also suppress your natural test production and will greatly affect your developing endocrine system. You are too young to begin cycling without suffering some potentially life altering effects. Young man after young man have posted on this site asking for help b/c they started cycling at 19-21 and now cannot recover their natural testosterone levels. This leads to depression, muscle wasting, erectile dysfunction, female fat accumulation, etc...(I could go on and on).
You were right in one aspect of your post, "I am not using test because i am 20 yrs old i figure my body already produces enough." Yes, it does...which is why you DO NOT need dianabol or any other anabolic steroids.
My advice to you at this point is to post your diet and training routine in the appropriate forums and let us help you get where you want to be safely and effectively.
Your body does produce enough. But it will stop making it when you take the dbol so you have to supplement it with test. And I'd wait another year or two if I were you. Use that time to dial in your workouts and diet.
Trust me, once you know your body you can tell when things are changing. But when you just start out it's hard to know what's going on.

well i will be 21 next month if that changes anything but thanks guys for all the info you really dont kno how much i truely apreciate it. also pretty much my diet is shit but wat i do do is even if i only eat 3 meals a day i make sure 8oz protein 2 carbs. dont get me wrong i still eat like a montster all day just i work all day so its hard to eat good healthy meals during the day(also if anyone knows any great snacks or foods full of the things i need it'd be a great help) i do have access to a fridge and microwave at work. but yea i really just count calories and carbs i bring in at the least 3 to 4 thousand calories a day( even on a bad day). also i drink 2 serious mass shakes a day one after lunch, one after workout, and a 100% casein shake at nite before bed. i also lift 5 days a week rest on weekends. also i use muscle pharms assault before my workouts idk if that matters or anything. anything else you guys need to kno sorry if i forgot anything but if you need any further info let me kno i will def. post everything about me cause i need as much help as possible!
also i will not be using anything other than this one time. like i said i'm 135 now i been 115 my whole life i been busting ass workin out and hit a plateau at 135 pounds. to be honest i just wanted to use d bol as a jump start to pack on some weight then keep lifting and dieting right to keep it( accept for the anavar phase to tone it) (: not gona be using steroids my whole life just want to get over this plateau if that makes a difference

and from what i've heard on here 20 mg is stupid low weight doesnt mean low dosage so erase that. i will be taking 40 to 50 mg for atleast 4 weeks if anything
