What time of day do you pin GH?
I remember reading somewhere its best for Fatloss first thing in AM
BTW your going to be holding some water with test e , deca, dbol.
I stay nice and lean with my combo testp/mastp/trena combo along with 3.3iuhgh ed


Wondering if anyone has any tips to maximize the effect of GH through diet. I've been trying to search, but haven't found anything worth speaking of. Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Blue tops - 5iu's ed
1050mg test E ew
600mg deca ew
100mg tne + 25mg dbol preworkout
another 25mg dbol late day
End of cycle will be Test prop and NPP

You should be good as long as you can get it in within 30 minutes or so, just make sure not to eat or drink anything (water ok) 45-1 hr after pinning. there are times I wake up 3am.. pin do some light cardio, go back to sleep, wake up a couple hours later, pin again.
you will figure out how your body reacts to your dosing. I'm on my 5th month and up 4-6 iu. Just got my samples for Kigtropin and Jintropin, plan on pinning the Kig first and see if any stronger than the blue tops.
What are you trying to accomplish (bulk/cut) and how are you using it now?


I'm in the middle of a bulk aas cycle, so I threw the HGH in to keep fat down while pouding it out at the dinner table.
5iu's ed first thing am. I'm heading back to work next week so I'll be picking up more and may bump the dose if i react well.
If you're bulking there is a much more effective way to use it. You're wasting your time and $ by doing it that way. Yes it will keep some fat off but aren't you trying to grow?
10-30ius PWO 3 times a week and never two days in a row. M-W-F would be ideal. 20 mins after you shoot it 100g dextrose along with some whey.

I do want to throw slin in... but I haven't done enough research, plus it scares the hell out of me. LOL

I have been studying lots on this type of method as well and seems to make sense.... although Gh will peak in 20-30 mins in BLOOD, however the GH will still be present in CELLS 15-20 hours later. What GH does on a cellular level takes its time....therefore an EOD dosing pattern may be more effective.
Giving you a chance to inflict a bolus amount of GH more infrequent.....
To XYZ --10-30iu 3 x a week...damn 30 iu a day....how would you think this should be split up? I would THINK a large 30iu in once dose would be over saturation and wasteful....
10 iu 3 x's aweek...... 5iu twice a day or 10iu all at once....
This something I have not heard any conclusive reasoning about...

If you want mass, that's how to roll!!! Of course with slin and sometimes IGF in the mix as well....but 3 large blasts are better for bulking/mass than spreading the dose evenly over the week. Been there, done that. Work your biggest muscle groups on those three days and pin into your smaller muscle groups. I can't stress this enough....BLAST the fuck out of your legs, it will help release more GH and test throughout your entire body.
