    naturally bulking before my first d bol only cycle

    i am 5 foot 6 at 135 pounds. i will be naturally bulking before i start my first d bol only cycle. as of today i will be taking fish oil once or twice a day. taking optimum nutrition brand bcaa caps 1000mg after my workouts. that is 500 mg L-Leucine, 250 mg of L-isoleucine, and 250 mg L-valine.( should i up my dose to between meals and after workout?)
    diet consists of(just starting this diet)
    Meal 1. 10 to 12 egg whites with 1 cup dry oats
    Meal 2. 8 to 10 oz of grilled chicken or 8 to 10 oz of extra lean ground turkey breast plus a sweet potato..
    Meal 3. 8 to 10 oz of ground london broil or 96% fat free lean beaf with 1 cup of rice or 8 oz bake potato..
    Meal 4. 8 to 10 oz chicken breast or extra lean turkey breast or 8 oz of fish or 10 to 12 egg whites plust one cup pasta.. then weight lift...
    Meal 5. 8 to 10 oz of chicken breast or extra lean ground turkey plus 1 cup oatmeal or potato or 1 cup pasta.
    Meal 6. 8 to 10 oz of fish or 10 egg whites. only drinking water and iced tea soda every now and then. will take milk thistle before and while using d bol. also will be eating tuna and crackers for snacks and drinking serious mass twice a day( both together contain 250g's carbohydrate 50 grams protein, 1600 calories) and a 100 % casein at night with 10 grams bcaa's.. trying to gain as much as i can naturally my question is should i up my bcaa's or anything else i am missing? also i drink 1/2 scoop of muscle pharms assault before workouts( contains beta-alanine, citrulline malate, creapure(creatine monohydrate) concrete creatine HCI(100% concentrated creatine) also 3:1:2 bcaa ratio along with other shit. superior ingredients are con-cret, astragin, cinnulin, bcaa's, no 1,3 dimethylamine(idk wat that means lol) my question is am i missing something or should i up my does of bcaa caps or am i doing everything i am supposed to? thanks alot for taking time to look at my post and give me advice.

    I wouldn't even be thinking about a cycle just yet, I don't think I saw mention of how long you've been training but you're pretty low on the weight side, even for being 5'6. Also I'd drop the weight gainers and just spend the money on a decent whey protein. Those shakes are wayyy overpriced and all it is is whey with a ton of extra sugar. Make your own weight gainers with whey, peanut butter, oats and olive oil. Throw it in a blender and I'm telling you the shit's delicious, add some ice cubes and it's even better :P

    Just keep your protein intake high, slowly increase your calories so that number on the scale keeps going up (not too fast) and bust your ass in the gym for a while. Also dbol only isn't really what I'd call a cycle. Spend some time doing research and just run a test E cycle when the time comes, you can kickstart with a little dbol if you like but I would just plan it out and stick to your diet/routine for the time being.

    Also animal pak and jack3d/other preworkouts really aren't worth the money IMO. Drink some strong coffee before you hit the gym if you like, music is my favorite preworkout personally but I'm really not a fan of those stims like dimeth. Spend that money on FOOD/whey and equipment if you're going to be lifting at home. Take a regular multivitamin for health purposes maybe but animal pak isn't going to put weight on you. Calories + time training = growth

    i forgot to mention i am 21 yrs of age so will not be doing any test e. not only that but i'm scared of needles and serious mass(by optimum nutrition) has no sugar in it and is inexpensive but i will def. use your home made kind if it taste good, thanks man. also i have been training for only about 4 months now. went from 115 to 135 but been stuck for a min. and yes your right i guess its not a cycle. also i own a gym so i can workout for free or watever but yea i am not goin to jump strait into the d bol i was just wondering if everything looked good so far. bcaa intake and what not

    Yeah bro you still have all the time in the world, I wouldn't even do a dbol cycle at this point. Any AAS comes with potential long term side effects which you will be more likely to experience since your endocrine system isn't fully developed. Beyond that an oral only cycle really isn't reccomended to anyone. Your first year you can put on a ton of muscle just with training and diet, take advantage of those noob gains and see where you stand after a solid year of lifting. Make sure your routine's good and if your weight stops going up you just need to eat more . To be perfectly honest IMO don't be afraid to eat a little dirty if you have to. Trying to stuff down thousands of cals in chicken and rice is a challenge. If you're hitting your protein intake and most of your carbs are pretty quality (brown rice, oatmeal etc.) then go ahead and eat some pizza and burger king once in a while lol. Diet is the hardest part really, everyone loves to train but eating becomes a chore...

    Oh and olive oil/peanut butter are your best friends. Find ways to sneak them into as much food as you can, especially your shakes. Easy couple hundred calories and they take up almost no space in your stomach

    You may want to to this for a few years (the eating plan) before hormone cycling....but I answered you in the other thread you started.....

    have someone else do the pinning for you man. I've always been afraid of needles and my heart rushes every time I have to pin but every once in a while I can get a friend to do it and it's really nothing, more than half of the time I felt absolutely nothing. Remember it's the 21st century, the bevels on those needles are specially made so you barely notice the pin. Take it from me man, I did a dbol only cycle, a winny only cycle, and a test only cycle and it was a world of difference for growth, mentality, and maintaining gains.

    bcaa intake's fine, you don't really even need it but it couldn't hurt

    keep the dbol dry and out of sunlight and it should last a loong time
