    Help CUtting cycle!

Hey guys! for now i am just trying to find information in regards to a cutting cycle i would like to do! Im currently on Organon Sus250, end of 4th week and Im up 7kgs (82 - 89kg). Fat/water retention being half.
    Age: 22
    Lifting exp: 3yrs
    cycle: currently first
    BF %: 12 and increasing
    height: 168cm

My question is, and iv looked everywhere is, is it WORTH using a test for cutting, what would i gain from using it (besides not losing muscle). Would it be better to keep it for a bulk, and i just stick to a strict diet and use CLEN.

    Thanks!

yeah, but he can also pick gear that isnt going to bloat you to see the effects as they happen. Abs are made in the kitchen.

While cutting, yes. For cutting you generaly need only moderate dose of test.

I dont disagree with you there. People it seems have a tendency to run what people tell them to without doing any research of there own. In this case, running Sust250 (nothing noted about dose) along with no AI (at least not listed) will usually equal bloat. The proper AI and diet would have kept him lean.

My point is gear alone will not cut you, its all about the diet.

And being 22 is way to young like GMO said. Sounds like someone who doesn't want to put the time in at the gym, diet and educating himself in order to be one of those douchebags in the clubs. LOL

OP - You're WAY too young. I can't believe you've maxed out your natural potential already. I'm going to close this thread for you for the time being. If you want to try to convince me via PM to re-open it, go for it but I doubt it will change.

I would point you to the diet and training sections of the forum for the best advice.
