...Hello guys...new to the site and glad to be here!!
Im 29 years old and have been liftin for 4 years untill broke ankle two years ago. After 2 years I was ready to get back to my previous build and weight. When I started years ago I was 155lbs. shinny, hard headed and harder gainer. Well after goin nuts back n 2 the gym I went from 160 to 170lbs quick. Here is wat i am running!
multi vit
amino acids 4 times daily
H-Drol / 50mg 1stwk to 75mg for 3 weeks{got 2 bts 6 wk
milk thistle daily
creatine daily/ a pct too But not sure wat one??
Im trying to put in clean bulking food at a high rate of 3 to 3500
cals a day. Needing some knowledge and input n2 trying to keep my gains of 18 to 20lbs with I know that muscle memory played an important part also. I have pretty fast metabolism but train ang give it an 110%.YYeeeeaaaaaahhhhhh get it N !!!!
Wrote this Dec 3rd and got 3 more weeks on my h drol cycle and all other supps. With someones knowledge in pros hormones, nutrition, and training I will be able to hit my goal of 190lbs and keep it, Also need info on a good pct comin off of h drol for a 6wk run. I would appreciate any kind of input n2 my master plan!! With zero side effects and steady gains of lean mass muscle im confident in this cycle so far but got 3 wks to go and a questionable pct also?? Help N thankz!! tluck I love this stuff
