quick cycle advice please

    quick cycle advice please

    6 months off last cycle, took off last 2 months from gym due to injury , can i

    start my next cycle immediately back into gym , or should i wait.

    I would wait, let some muslce memory take effect, get your nutrition in order, then blast away after 2-3 months or so

    That. If you listen to anyone, listen to OSL. Get back into your groove in the gym, make sure that injury is all healed up, diet in check, then do your thing

    will do.... thanks for the advice . my diet never really fell to far off, but the gym of course did, so ill be back in full swing tom. morning .. thanks everyone
