    eating/drinking sugar bad while on cycle?

    im reallyyyy picky about what i eat while im on cycle, i try to eat only healthy stuff.

    im kinda paranoid about eating/drinking sugar while im on, will i be fine?

    There's nothing wrong with it, but let it be known that sugary (less complex) carbs are better post-workout for spiking your insulin.

    until what i know .. if you are on cycle. a definition cycle you must eat very clean dude..nothing more...burger king and those stuff no good trashy food.. just clean food

    It all relative to the individual. If you are on a serious cycle of tren,test, growth, t3 etc....

    You wil be such a furnace that sugars and junk here and there wont phase you....but if your just a normal, sensible lifter cycling something mild, you SHOULD be very prudent about your diet.

    Sure you will be in position to better make the most of the food you eat as the food will divert to muscle cells primarily and fat will be less prone to be stored, but that sure as hell doesn't mean you wont get fat!

    You sounds really perplexed over something very small....I see nothing wrong with some pineapple juice post workout and what not...
