I started 5 days ago and this is where I am at thus far, I started a new program today:
So, todays results:
Barbell curl up 40 lbs
Hammer Curl up 35lbs
Concentrated curl up 30 lbs
Bench Press up 90lbs
Triceps pull down up 60 lbs
Cable one arm pull down maxed the cable machine maxed out
Then I did 25 minutes on the elipical
Then I went on to abs
hanging leg raises 4 sets of 50
cable crunch at 100 lbs 25 off the max
dumbbell side raises using a 45lber 200 reps each side
Ball crunches 400 crunches
Ran on the tread mill full speed for 10 minutes for my cool down.
I felt like a spartanI will daily update, but dang I am really happy with this stuff.

I was a gym rat for 3 years straight after hs, I am a roofer and lift all day. I did some mma training at my house for about a year and a half. After my son was born I got lazy. I have been in the gym 6 days a week for 8 months straight now, after taking a year and a half off.

As far as my stats go I am 6"0 and 198 around 12% body fat.

Barbell curl up 60 lbs before 100 lbs yesterday
Hammer Curl up 30 before 65 yesterday
Concentrated curl up 50 lbs before 80 lbs after
Bench Press 275-365
Triceps pull down 37.5 to the max 97.5
Cable one arm pull down maxed the cable machine maxed out at 97.5 previous week I was at 70

my chest area has been my biggest complaint for years, and its tightening up nicely. Hopefully with my added ab work out, I can get my 6 pack in shape finally.


Those are real gains with a spotter and me trying my hardest.
Anyways here are todays numbers
Chest and Abs
Incline dumbbell press previous was 50 today 80
Dumbbell bench press previous 60 today 90
dumbbell flys before 20 today 35 lbs
cable cross overs 110 today 140
chest fly 110 today 140
I did 60 push ups
30 minutes of cardio
then went to my abs again and did the same work out as I did yesterday.
Im feel tired today, if could be because I didnt get as much protein as I wanted today, due to a very busy schedule. I am seeing good increases, and with my current plan, I am finally getting challenged enough to be sore after each work out.

Today leg extensions 240 prior 285 today 8 sets at 12 reps
Seated calf raise previous 135 today 160 10 sets of 12
Then 30 minutes on the stair stepper
and 10 minutes on the elipical
For proof of actual gains since I seem to be getting some no way thats possible. I didnt get a video because I was solo today, but here are pics

I'll get some videos this week. Ive turned into a monster at the gym. My only weakness seems to be the stair stepper over 15 minutes. I was dog tired after doing it for 30 minutes. I don't know how I made it through.
