Means they will be so overwhelmed that more packs can slip through easier =)

I just watched a news piece about this and they are doing a lot more than just closing postal centers. They are also trying to get permission from congress to eliminate Saturday deliveries and are laying off 28,000 postal workers. They are also raising the price of stamps in January. Last year they lost 25% of business and expect to lose another 50% in the coming year.

I'd say all in all, it would seem that the USPS is on their way out. If they weren't backed by our taxes and the government, they'd be out of business a long time ago. What company can lose 75% of their business and still operate successfully?
