looking to start a 15 wk cycle, i been out with an injury for 2 months just got the ok to get back into the gym.... as advised on this board im waiting to get back in the swing of things for a few months,,,,, 2 or 3 ,,, but today was definatly one of those days in the gym i fought and pushed thru, after two months getting back in .. was interesting to say the least , i had t battle the brain demons if you know what im saying, i need some motivation guys for tomorrow,,, help
