    Post write-up

I just wanted to write a little post on how my first cycle went and the post recovery stage. I did 200mg 2x a week for 6 weeks. I was looking to harden up and tone up which is why I did a lower dose. I lost 5 pounds and dropped 3% bf to 8%. All my lifting weights went up dramatically which was pretty cool. I got off of it 3 weeks ago, did 100mg clomid a day for 2 weeks, 50/ day for 8 days. (btw, the comedown off of test is dang brutal, felt like shit for a few days.) Got my levels checked on Monday from the doc and test levels were at 983 which is at the high end of my age bracket, 95th% is 940. Thanks for everyone's help!

I don't have future plans as of now, pretty happy where I'm at. Test levels were 770 before I started. I swim 3 miles 4 days a week and my doc thinks that contributes to why my levels are high. I weigh 175 22 years old. And I was stressing out right after I stopped so I think it was all mental not really physical
