    H-Drol cycle

Looking to start my first cycle with H-Drol in Jan.

I have the H-Drol which i will be running 4-5 weeks, will be taking cycle assist throughout and two weeks prior, fish oils, and multi-vitamins. Should i add Tuarine?

For the PCT I will take the cycle assist for the entire 4 week PCT as well as a SERM. Is Formestane by CEL good or can anyone suggest another?

    Stats:

    beginning stats : 5'8 190 lbs workout 6 days a week
i run at least 3 miles a day then lift weights

Goals: to add some muscle and cut at the same time. calories will probably be between 1800-2200.

    Thoughts? Advice?

I would run H-drol for 6 weeks at 75mg ed..clomid for pct....as for your goals i would either concentrate on bulking or cutting, you will see better gains.

I ran my first cycle with hdrol too in June. I didnt need the taurine. I also ran mine for 6 weeks at 75mg. So it was a total of 2 bottles with the exception of one day at 50mg. I loved it and felt like a monster. I would dfinitely go with Nolvadex or Clomid for pct. Check out the board sponsor CEM. Legit, fast shipping, and they usually toss an oral dropper in there too for free

These may not be 100% exact because that was like 6 months ago, if they are off at all, they arent off by much.

    Before:
    Bench...195x6
    Squat...255x12
    Deadlift....225x4
    Weight...192
    Bf%...16%

    After:
    Bench...245x6
    Squat...305x12
    Deadlift...315x6
Weight...211 (highest weight ON, weighed myself almost everyday)
    Bf%...16%

Kept all my my strength after the cycle however I did drop down to 203lbs

    *all in lbs

I felt great throughout the cycle. Little to no sides. Woke up once though with calf pumps but other than that, nothing. Great pumps at the gym and and awesome first cycle in my opinoin.
