1. Learn how your body reacts to test before adding other compounds. Makes it easier to troubleshoot future cycle problems if you know how you react to each compound individually.
2. Milk your first cycle for all it's worth. Your body will be flooded with testosterone, and will respond like never before. Get as much out of a beginner cycle like 500mg test/wk as you possibly can before you add more chems.

The cycle is actually poorly written,
Nolva does not need to be used during PCT and Clomid does not start the same week you end your deca and test.
Being this is your first cycle make it simple.
Go test E 500mg/wk with a 4 week dbol kicker at 40mg. Grab some aromasin and your all set
