It is not actual QV obviously but IP is decent usually . They may be underdosed if anything or they may not be but there should be hormone in it. I would use it

I still have the 50vail of QV deca that came from a good old school source it was expired 2008 but still yummy lol. Also got alot of denkell t400 which I really love I have alot of hourse gear that's say 2500mg which I never tried

I'm pretty sure that vial is not from IP. IP's version has a hologram on the flip top. I personally know IP's is potent.
