My Review of Over the Counters

I am close to finishing my trials and lab test for what I believe to be some great over the counter supplements. There ARE INDEED some great stuff out there. As everyone knows I am a HUGE believer in HGH and its anti aging qualities if taken moderately. But, I am also a believer in some products over the counter.

Some products making noise this year such as Deer Antler? Well, Deer Antler is not a complete joke as it DOES show to output IGF-1. I tested six types, and found that they all were pretty much the same. Can get any brand.

I will have a list and review of over the counter chemicals that have me intrigued. I have also done a lot of testing in the labs with caffeine. I love my coffee and caffeine, but I am starting to formulate a theory that long term caffeine use can lead to hypo-thyroid activity. This is long term and religious use of caffeine.

In the 70's and obviously the 80's the biggest corporate lawsuits were versus tobacco companies.

I guarantee in the 2020's period we will see lawsuits twice the size of the tobacco industry versus caffeine companies, especially energy beverage makers, and we will see a magnitude of cell phone lawsuits. Any scientist who cannot put two and two together that cell phones are a ticking potential time bomb; well good luck with your career. Don't even need to be a scientist. You are holding and carrying a device that has RADIATION for most of the day. What do you think will be the ending to the story? Both industries not now, but in about 15 years will be in deep trouble.

So mentioning herbs and supplements such as amino acids, vitamins and other nutritional names is advertising? Oh really? So who I am advertising for when I recommend Tyrosine as the most underrated amino acid known to body builders?

Not to uh.... nitpick, but by ADD he did not mean the abbreviation of advertisement. He meant the neurological .... Never mind.
