I am about to start a cutting cycle using Clen, Var, & t3---also maybe some test...bridging into DNP for 2-3 weeks low dosage (DEPENDING). (cycle Below)
Reasoning: I want to lose as much BF as possible, I have hit a plateau from the summer of losing around 20 lbs, quite a bit of muscle loss/ strength as well. Running Clen, t3 for fat loss bitz with Anavar to keep some muscle from breakdown down from catabolism should help break the plateau.
I want to add DNP at the end to help my body get used to the REBOUND AFFECT FROM CLEN.
****Studies have shown that Clen, Ephedra, and other stimulant Fat loss agents cause a rebound when coming off due to the body's feedback mechanisms causing larger weight gain than before. ****
DNP (i have run it a few times now) has been shown not to cause that rebound due to the METABOLIC POISON mechanism/sickness...into a direct change to the metabolism due to the overdrive of stims. Hopefully, the DNP can help stop the rebound as my body adjusts back to normal.
Tell me what you think? I want all criticism and feed back trying to cut down to around 200 from 225 by whenever I can.
Stats:
23 yr old
5'6
around 20% BF
227 lb currently-was 255lb in august/early September
I previously have done 2 inject test cycles with Dbol and Var, as well as some oral only cycles
Obviously, my BF is pretty high I know. I was training for bench press competition with Terrence Pinkett (link below 3rd down) for a bit before having knee surgery on Mencius as well as surgery in my nose for a viral infection all within 2 months of each other.
All at 245 lb:All for 3-4 sets depending n day and how I feel
My PR for Flat Bench is 335 x 6
For Incline 315 x 5
Shoulder Press 245 x 5
Deadlift 405 x 5
Squat- Haven't done heavy squats due to knees in prob 2-3 years
Row 225 x 6
I am trying to make a come back to get back to my numbers back up at around 200 lbs.

Please give me some useful comments and information!
Thanks!
If all is solid I will be keepin an online journal
If your using keto there is not need for 2wks on 2wks off.
Also the diet will be the key to the fat loss. Remember, with DNP your gonna need carbs to get the fat burning your after. With dnp the dirtyer the carb the more heat....

I was going to carb cycle during the cycle (low 100ish high being 450ish)
(2 days low, 1 med., 2 low, 1 or 2 high- not a direct KETO diet.
I was saying after I am done DNP, going straight into a very low keto diet (>50g carb 5 days, 2 350-450g carb days)
