The Iron Lost another brother today
A very good friend of mine and a brother of the iron pasted away today at age 35. Not sure if AAS were involved in the cause or not but he had a lung infection and had to have surgery. When it was over he never came out of it. He was the biggest guy at my gym and had the biggest heart out of anyone I know. He leaves behind a younger brother who has just as big of a heart and physique. This is the third friend I have lost in the last 4 months. You never know in this life when your time will come. We all need to appreciate the time we have and what we have in this life because it can all be gone in the blink of an eye. Guys please take the proper precautions to take care of yourselves. We only have one life to live. RIP my friend.

i dont know if maybe his immune system was low but even if not lung infections seem pretty rough and can get a perfectly healthy person i have a good friend in hospital now for numonia sorry bout spelling anyhow sorry to hear this guys

Thank you guys for the support. I really feel bad for his brother. I will be offering my support anyway I can for him but nothing can take away that pain. They were so close. Both Trained together and lived together. Did everything together. Very sad. Life has been rough for me this last year. I buried my 8 month old unborn son, my best friend (24), an old high school friend (26), now another good friend (35) who would of given anyone the shirt off his back. Life is tough and it don't get any easier. I am just thankful that I have those who are still here, especially my 4 month old daughter. Without her I am not sure I could deal with all this. She gives me a reason to want to live. The weights allow me to be free of all this for a short time and help me survive by giving me a place to let out the frustration. I can't say all this hasn't changed me as a person because that would be a lie. We all lose loved ones everyday it just hits home sometimes and makes you stop and think. Wish you all the best and hope this makes you appreciate those around you. I consider you all my friends and you guys have helped me in more ways than you could ever know. Thank You.

Terribly sorry to hear about the series of losses in your life. I lost my dad last year, and it still bothers me, and he was 86 and lived a long, full life. It is especially tough when young people pass on before their time. My thoughts are with you and yours. Hang in there brother.
