Slin question
I ordered dextrose but thanks to serious holiday mail lag, it hasn't arrived. Can i just use the lactose in milk until my dextrose arrives? I felt fine last night using just milk. I slept very good too, Almost too good. It was like i just collapsed into my bed and stayed asleep for almost 10 hours. Awesome! Anyway, does insulin have sleep aid properties or something?
