    Deca, Tren, Test, T3 Cut-Recomp

    Lifting 5 yrs.... Last 2 years HEAVY

    Goal: drop body fat and gain mass = recomp.

    Started on NOV. 22nd

    Started Cut ... Low Carbs, Lower Cals... Upped Cardio from nothing to 2 days a week.

    Weeks 1-4
    Prop 210mgs Every Week
    Tren Ace 525 mgs Every Week
    Caber .5 mgs E3D
    HCG 500 twice a week
    Aromasin 12.5 mgs ED


    Starting TODAY...............................
    Weeks 5-8 (Had to lower the Tren,... TOO STRONG!)
    Prop 350 mgs Every Week
    Tren Ace 350 mgs Every Week
    Caber .5 mgs E3D
    HCG 500 twice a week
    Aromasin 12.5 mgs ED


    HERE is where it gets TRICKY....

    Weeks 5-12 Still on a CUT using Deca and Test to CRUISE
    T3 50 mgs ED
    Deca 200 mgs Every Week
    Test E 200 mgs Every Week
    Caber .5 mgs E3D
    HCG 500 twice a week
    Aromasin 12.5 mgs ED


    BLAST OFF Recomp
    Weeks 13-20 BLAST OFF Recomp
    Deca 400 mgs Every Week
    Test E 500 mgs Every Week
    Caber .5 mgs E3D
    HCG 500 twice a week
    Aromasin 12.5 mgs ED


    PCT
    Clomid
    HCG
    Aromasin 12.5 mgs ED

    Or Should I start this at week 5-20......

    I can not imagine what 525mg of Tren EVERYDAY would feel like.


    I'm pretty sure that I would just be sweating all the time, and be bleeding from my nose constantly from the blood pressure.

    So should I do as planned or should I blast off at week 5-20? I would still take the t3 for the recomp instead of using it for the cut.

    The reason I set it up was to get the whole effects of tren with cut....

    Then be able to cruise on deca and test at low dose while still cutting for 4 weeks after tren left system....

    Then blast with Deca and Test to gain the most body mass and hopefully drop a few more body fat %'s...

    If my diet is on point... This is the "before wedding" recomp so I am going to be busting my ass... Those photos are going to be up forever so I gotta look TIGHT!

    Personally I'd use the T3 when you have more anabolics going. It can be catabolic and the more gear you have in your system the less muscle you're likely to use, so I'd either use the T3 while you're blasting with the Tren, or later on when you've upped your Test and Deca dosages.

    Interesting.... What about breaking up the T3


    Doing it for 4 weeks on Tren.... Then Cruise with Deca and Test,... then When I blast with Deca and Test take t3 for another 4 weeks....

    Or would it be better to maintain the dose for 8 weeks.? I really have 50, 50mgs T3 so I can go for 25 days on,.. off... 25 days on ... OR just stay on for 50 days.

    morning cardio ..minimum 3-4 days a week..I will not use t3 without Slin and GH...use instead eca -clen..

    Id run t3 from day one. It keeps fat moving and allows you to eat more calories. Its also mildly anabolic and aids in recovery. We dont know your diet or traing so people are just throwing out numbers here.
