    Training on juice

One quick question for all the vets out there. I've stuck with my same routine since I started cycling and have made good gains (from 170 to 185). So my question is, since my body feels great even after intense workouts would it be ok to throw one more day of chest exercises into the mix? Any input would be great.

As long as you are eatting enough you can add in a extra day. But IMO a extra set or 2might be better.

What kinda workouts do you do now? How many reps and sets?
    hate it or love it....

Follow your instincts -- if you feel great and want to train an extra day, try it out.

You are flooded with high anabolic hormones are are primed to recover and perform at a higher rate.

I usually stay between 4-6 sets and 10-15 reps for each exercise. My routine is a 4 day split right now and am feeling really good in the strength department 5 weeks into cycle. Thanks for the response bros.

Arnold hit every body part 3 times a week. Not saying this would work for you, but you know your body and you have to experiment. If you dont give yourself enough recovery time you wont grow.
