    Tbol or winny to finish lean bulk

    24 yo, 181, 5'7, 12% bf
    Looking to do a recomp and keep it mild

    1-10 test e 500mg
    6-12 ?(winny at 50mg or tbol at 75)
    Clen 2-8 (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on) ramping up to 140mcg

    I haven't run winny or tbol before. I know winny is better for a cut but for a recomp can anybody share their experiences with tbol. I know that diet is key to my cycle The end result will be determined by diet, training, cardio, juice.

    I have always jump started with tbol ,,, that is up until my current cycle which I used dbol... I love tbol and it seems to benefit me greatly as a kicker

    At the amount of bf tbol would be the way cuz winni ain't gonna do nothin with a BF that high.

    @ 12%bf i really dont think you would get any of the astethic benefites of winni...i personally really like t-bol (if its legit) for some body recomp. I used t-bol @ 40mg for 3 weeks and then 60mg for 4 weeks and def felt rounder, fuller and vascular. Obviously to take advantage of either oral, diet will be a main factor....what was ur diet gonna look like?

    SuperDMZ at 2 caps ED for 4-6 weeks is the absolute best oral for lean mass and recomping, especially to conclude a cycle. It puts tbol and winny to shame...

    I will never run sd again. Great oral but got rebound gyno pretty bad

    Yeah I know 12% is pretty high. I was hoping to get it down to 10% in the first 6 weeks with test and clen. Along with cardio several times a week and a solid diet

    The meals occasionally flip flop due to schedule and when I workout.

    Meal 1: 3/4 cup dry oats 4 egg whites 1 whole egg
    Meal 2: (preworkout) 1/2 cup brown rice and tuna or 6 oz chicken breast
    Meal 3: (post workout) 30g waxy maize 30g protein shake
    Meal 4: sweet potato, asparagus or greenbeans, 6oz chicken or fish
    Meal 5: 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 serving of peanut butter and some Cashews

    Looking @ your diet, in my opinon that doesnt look like enough protein...if my math is right, id estimate that you are taking in under 200g protein??...regardless if you choose tbol..wini..dmz..I'd up the protein at least 50-100grams, maybe add a 6th meal....If gyno is an issue, yea i would stay away from dmz....i have heard that halo-extreme is great for recomp and is legal....

    Yeah I did lower my protein too much from when I bulks. I do wake up in the middle of he night And drink a isopure rtd drink. But still what would you recommend as a 6th meal

    I was just re-looking at your diet...I think it would be benificial to maybe just add more protein to each of your meals...

    For instance meal 1: 8 egg whites 1 whole egg and 3/4 cup oats
    Post workout- Up the waxy to around 50-60, Protein i'd add another 20-30gram
    Meal 4 (im assuming this is about 1-1.5 hr after your shake) 10-12 oz chicken or fish..you can keep the sweet potatoe in if you'd like, and do like 2 cups green beans
    Your pre-bed meal looks okay..still a little low on protein...i'd cut the cashews and sub in non salted almonds..maybe a scoop of casein...

    I am not sure how big your appetite is...but if you cannot comfortably consue 10-12 oz of chicken, ground turkey, ground beef etc...I wouldnt force feed yourself...just factor in another meal during the day..if you need help with placement just lemme know

    Yeah dvo I appreciate it greatly! I'll definitely add more protein and up carbs post workout
