    HRT and a first cycle. Advice.

    First off I'm 6 ft, 39, 208lbs (B.F is 15~17% per handheld device). I have no previous cycle experience and my goal is too grow!

    Have been weight training as a athlete my whole life but consistent training has been 5 years. 5 years ago I used what I thought was good training and found out I was out of sorts and was overtraining and counterproductive. Diet was a wreck. I cut out all carbs and ate very clean. That's when I found out I can't grow and cut at the same time lol. Long story how I got on that path. Good thing is I have learned over the years and moved on.

    Since then (~2.5 years ago) I bought Starting Strength (M.Rippetoe) and started his program. I alternate between this and Madcow 5x5's. I discovered caloric excess and for the first time in my life I grew and beat personal records under the bar. I started at ~190 lbs and went to 230 lbs in 2 years. I have gained some size and again strength is at an all time high for me. my bench 5 rep max is 285. When I started I couldnt put up 225 lbs. Since my goal was to bulk I do carry a litte more weight on my face and midsection than I care too. Everywhere else Im pretty lean IMO.

    About 1.5 years ago I went to the Dr as a referral from my sup store buddy. At that time my total T was 230. I started 200mg Test C weekly with 1/2 mL of HCG on sat/sun. Retested a few weeks later and total T went down to 190. Doc upped the dosage to 300mg a week and after a few months total T was 1900 and Estradials were high and developed fatty tissue on my left pec (did all the testing and its gone now). Doc put me back to 200mg a week, HCG and .5 mg of Arimedex 2x a week. I feel good and have been on this for over a year. Fyi the reason I went is b/c i knew my training and diet were in check but I had little to no gains.

    Current labs: 6 weeks ago. Reference range in ( ).
    Total T 1059 (250-1100 ng/dL).
    Free Test 299.8 (35.0- 155.0 pg/mL).
    Estradiol 65 H (8-43 pg/mL).
    Billirubin 2.9 H (.2-1.3 mg/dl).

    My estradiol's are elevated still but I did not take the Arimidex for a month prior to labs and there is no signs of gyno again.

    Since I have had my diet in check, training properly I would like to go a step further. I am currently bigger than what I started at. However I think I have only gotten harder with a little size to go with it. With a moderatly loose shirt on I dont think its obvious that I train as hard as I do. I have always been lean and average size. I have always wanted to be bigger and show the effort I put into my training and lifestyle. I think realistically I would like to be ~220 lbs and cut my B.F in half. I dont need to be shredded I just want to grow. lol I know I say that now but who wouldn't want to be shredded?

    So here is my tentative plan. Thought process comes from Old School Lifter's sticky above.

    Wk 1-10 Test C 200 mg (at Dr) and 250 mg 3~4 days later at home.
    Wk 1-4 D-Bol 25mg E.D (my supply is 25 mg so either 25 mg a day or 50 p/day)??
    Wk 1-10 .5 mg Arimidex 2x per week

    PCT: Wk 12-13 Clomid 75 mg E.D
    WK 14-15 Clomid 50 mg E.D.

    The sticky states Test E. Since I already get 200 mg of Test C from the doc should i just stick with the C or supplement with Test E for 250 mg later in the week?

    I know its a long post. So I greatly appreciate if you made it this far. I have tried and tried to read as much as I can to make an intelligent decision, however I generally leave here more confused than when I started. So I'm going to take it one step at a time and learn as I go.

    since you are on trt, you dont need a pct. just go back to your normal trt protocol.
