I have been on prescribed HRT for 5 weeks now at 200mg/wk of Test C.
Started with a total T of 270, unsure about other numbers as I knew nothing about what I was getting into other than the Doctor recommended it. I have 5 more weeks to go before my next blood panel.
Since starting HRT, i've done a lot of reading and research that has brought me here but I still cannot find answers to a few questions so here goes.
Assuming that my dosage stays the same and knowing that I self administer so I can suppliment it as I see fit, what addition(s) would you make for me:
I'm not a weight guy - I do a lot of rock climbing. I don't want to bulk up and would rather lose a few pounds while maintaining what I have. 225 now and should be 200lb. Most of the info on these forums relates to getting bigger which is not an asset for what I do.
It looks like it's pretty standard to add HCG to HRT at 250iu 2x/wk as well as Arimidex at .25mg eod and I may well get the Doctor to add those in - if not I can add them myself and can vary the amount of Test as well.
What I am looking for is advice on anything else that will help with my goal of a higher strength to weight ratio and endurance. So far I have not found the answer to my question on these forums other than perhaps in the cutting cycle info.
Well the test will help you spare muscle while cutting total weight thus improving strength to weight ratio. I'd suggest cutting down with an eca stack or clen on top of diet and cardio of course. If you want to add strength at this point it seems a basic training routine would help, when 1st starting to train its easy to get stronger while losing weight.
I already train cardio and weights - with lighter weight and lots of reps.
Diet sucks - that's why I'm 25 over where I want to be. Guess it's time to give up the cheeseburgers and work harder/smarter. Probably not alone here...
