Hey guys...first post here. A little about myself.
I'm 25. 185 lbs. 13% bf. Diet in check. I have been training consistently for about 4 years. I recently was in a car accident which left me with a broken collarbone and spiral fracture of my ulna. Needless to say I have been out of the gym for several months. I was previously at 210, while maintaining a 10% bodyfat..was looking nice...and I feel as if its all gone . My strength has disappeared, muscles withered to nothing basically, and my motivation wrecked. I've been fully healed and cleared to workout as of a couple weeks ago, and its such a mindf*ck not having any of my strength / size. Its disheartening but im working hard again.
I'm looking to get back on the bicycle. My first cycle (admittedly was run at the age of 20, with inexperience and immaturity being the culprits). I ran test e 500/wk for 10 weeks and went from 175 to 225. I knew much about PCT therapy and the like, and was fine. However, much of my weight gain was water/fat. I would say only 15-20 lbs were muscle...maybe 12 of which I kept. Anyhoo...now that ive grown a little bit older and wisened up, Ive learned from my mistakes and am ready to do it the right way. My diet is keyed in, Ive got all PCT lined up and ready to go.
I'm here to ask you experienced brothers for some advice on a second cycle. I do not wish to get bloated as i did last time. I'd like to gain some quality mass/strength (my strength was absolutely insane on my 1st cycle of t only). Would you recommend adding in some Arimidex to whatever I choose to run to keep off the bloat?
I've read all the suggested beginner cycles, and do certianly consider myself to be a beginner with AAS use. Would love to hear some cycle ideas from you guys. Thanks a lot. If i left anything out, please let me know.
Your 25 and a longtime since your first cycle. Why not run OSL's "frill" beginner cycle. Concerned about bloating drop the dbol for some tbol. Also get bloodwork done prior bro so you know your base levels for the future.

Any AI will help keep you from bloating, also elements in your diet will help too. If you want to run something that'll keep you from bloating up I'd run a conservative dose of prop with an AI and an oral such as SD, tbol, Var or winny. Personally I'd love to run:
Prop 150mg eod weeks 1-10
Anavar 100mg ed weeks 1-10
Aromasin 12.5mg eod weeks 1-10
Standard clomid/aromasin pct
With the right diet, training, cardio and rest this could be a great recomper with almost no sides.
but i can't attest to there being less bloat though cause i don't bloat on test e either; i always had adex in my cycles though, so if you prefer long esters i think your issue previously was not using an AI...
it's been a long time since your last cycle so i bet you would make good gains with just 500 mg of test, personally i would just do prop at 100mg ed if i were you because the gains start almost instantaneously..
500mg test e for 6 weeks, 650mg weeks 6-10
30-40mg dbol first 4 weeks
switch to prop at week 10 and run for 3 weeks while the E clears
adjust adex dosage as necessary etc. pct after prop clears
you could switch the prop at the end for more dbol, I just like the idea of bridging that long ass gap between last pin and when you actually start to recover with a long ester. You already did 500mg test and were fine (even after gaining 50 lbs...) so I'm sure you could handle this
