Heard a few people use the cycle support. Has everything that naturally lowers or helps lower blood pressure. This plus watching your salt intake will help. My Dad eats a lot of macadamia nuts says the Docs told him it helps.

agreed on salt/carb intake, and proper use of AI's. Water retention can do a number on your blood pressure. Also heard good things about IM's cycle support

Good call. I actually started doing that during my first test cycle when I found out my BP had gone from 120/60 to 162/70. I was horrified. I take the little 81mg baby aspirins every day still, even into PCT. They're enteric coated, so I'm pretty sure they don't harm your stomach lining.
