Whats up fellas? Not really sure if I should have posted this thread here or in the nutrition section...sort of fits in both categories I guess.
Anyway, I have googled "recomp cycles" and "recomp diets" so I know a bit about them but would like to know how some of you guys go about doing it and what to expect possibly.
Stats:
5'11"
205 pounds
13% body fat
1 previous test only cycle
(actually got about 6 weeks in two another cycle but stopped it short and and PCT'ing for it now because the test was bullshit. the npp and super dmz were definitely legit though)
I'd like to run:
Test Prop @ 150mg EOD Wks 1-8 OR 1-10...not sure
D bol @ 50mg ED Wks 1-4
I would have clomid for PCT and Arimidex to take throughout the cycle. I was thinking of taking Adex 0.5 mg EOD..What do you think about that?
Now as far as eating goes....For those of you that have been successful with "recomping" would you suggest eating at maintenance throughout the cycle? Or maybe a bit above maintenance on workout days and a bit below maintenance on non workout days?
