I wouldn't really try recomping with anything other than tren, IMO you'd be better off doing a lean bulk for the first half of the cycle and cutting for the second half. I don't believe your body is all that efficient at building muscle while burning fat unless some pretty serious androgens are in your blood or you're just starting out and working with an untrained body. If you're a legit 13% (most people underestimate how much bodyfat they have, not saying that's you but just because you can see the outline of your abs doesn't mean you're near 10%) though you're not going to get a whole lot lower without doing a pretty strict cut. Once you hit 10-11% you have to be pretty dedicated to getting lean to drop much lower than that.
