hey buddy ive heard of novotropins they are good stuff, as far as putting on some mass there was a great thread here a little while ago where someone recomended using 10iu post workout 3 times a week for putting on size. ive never used that protocol myself but its gaining momentum on other boards that i read as well.
If you're bulking there is a much more effective way to use the GH. 10-30ius PWO 3 times a week and never two days in a row. M-W-F would be ideal. 20 mins after you shoot it 100g dextrose along with some whey. (this advice was given by a moderator on these boards so credit goes to him XYZ)
if you do plan on using the above protocol please let us know how it goes, thats what im gonna be doing on my next bulking run, and will prlli be using riptropins
also just keep in mind there will be quite a bit of water retention with that protocol.
So i decided for my next cycle in a few weeks i'm really going to try to pack on some extra mass and i decided to try a high dose test and hgh cycle.
I've been on hgh for 10 - 12 weeks already @ 4iu per day and I will back down to this dose and continue hgh post cycle.
I'm going to run Test P and HGH
Test P 1400mg/wk (200mg ed)
and here are my options for the HGH:
- 8 iu 5 days on 2 days off
- 6 iu ED
- 12 iu EOD
Any opinions or experiences?
Oh and I'm planning on getting novotropins from peppharm; anyone use them before? Reviews seem good...
12 iu EOD sounds pretty solid. In reality ALL of the plans are GREAT and will be hard to say what is "best" without your simply trying all 3 ways. I would personally try 12 eod if I was hypothetically running such an experiment.
