    Why not just run 500mg for weeks 1-8 and then bump it to 750mg to the end if your gains stop around 8 weeks and run dbol for weeks 1-6 (I run dbol 42 days on most cycles)? Its simple and effective. Keep an eye out for sides, have aromasin, nolva and HCG on hand and you should be good. (I don't run PCT, so someone else can help you here)

    Again, not taking anything away from Sloppy, he laid out a great cycle. But for a second cycle, I think it is a bit much.

    For someone as newbish as me, id think its okay to take the lower road

    Maybe Ill get a difference with a different brand of test.

    And gear is a small part of the equation. Diet, rest, training are the keys. Gear is a small cog in a big wheel. All the gear in the world won't do shit if you eat like crap and don't rest and train properly.

    Im confident in my diet. Training needs a little more work(started a new job and finding time is hard, but getting easier in the AM)

    You can do anything you set your mind too. You sometimes have to "make" time to eat, train, rest. It isn't easy, but it pays dividends.

    I'm gonna go make time to give my baby girl a bath, its such a chore!! (I love doing it, she loves bath time!!!)

    ^^^ I like this better. Simple but effective. Personally I can't handle over 4 wks dbol thou.

    You could try 4 wks front and back end dbol, but I find my body gets a little to tired end of cycle to get the most from it.

    No offense taken anabolic. I set him up this cycle because he said that he was unhappy with 500mg of test. I didn't want him to take it up to a gram so I left it at 750. I mean everyone has an idea of how they would cycle. There comes a time when you just have figure out what makes sense to you.

    Yep, sloppy made the cycle based on my crazy ass notions. He was just making sure I used it right. If nothing more I'm learning and having lots of respects for the vets.

    You have had many nice suggestions and it's always great to see some one looking for help and changing things a bit with those suggestions.
    I wasnt so worried about the doses as the fact I see no mention of cabergoline.
    You'r running NPP which is a 19nor compound and I suggest .5caber 2x wkly.
    I also see no need for the HCG to be that high during cycle.
    You could ask heavy or Vic and several others who feel 500 iu's 2 x wkly during cycle should be plenty.
    Remember if you use to much HCG for a extended period of time you can desenatize the lydig cells and you wont respond.
    IMO include caber, drop down on the HCG.
    I like arimadex on cycle better and .5mgs mon, wed & fri while on right up till PCT then switch to aromasin along with the clomid the way you have it layed out and you should be good to go.
    Some guys start the first day of PCT with clomid @ 200mgs just to get it in the system quick then finish out that week with 100mgs per day, then 75, and the last two @ 50mgs.
    Clomid makes some people have vision issues as well as mood swings.
    Obviously nolvadex on hand for your first line of defense IF gyno symptoms pop up and as was mentioned letrozole(pills) on hand as you'r second line of defense IF needed would be wise aswell.
    Didnt mean to step on anyones toes here but I think it could be tweeked just a tad.

    Running the d-bol from the start and again at the end might be a bit more productive.
    For liver support I like liv-52 real well.
    I hope you'r ai's and serms are all pharm grade tablets.

    4 weeks at the start and 4 at the end is solid advice. Also, if you aren't running liver support, you need to as stated.

    On oral cycles I run Advanced Cycle Support and Liv52 after a suggestion from heavyiron.

    I dont think my gains were anything spectacular. I went into thinking a test only cycle was going to blow me up like everyone else. Oh well.

    I want a hercules cycle soon so I can improve on this.

    From my personal experience at 50 y/o; yes, it's something to consider that sides can start to occur, just as some sides may subside as a body acclimates! I'm having to frequently assess and make adjustments accordingly.

    You shouldn't stop fucking around lifting over a 1,000+lb. from the rack.
    Get back to the floor with 450lb. @ 8-10 reps x 3 sets, then add 50lb. for 500lb. for failure!.

    I can do 5 plate off the floor. Did that before my first cycle. Also did this same weight as in the video once before cycle. Basically most of my personal bests were done before I ever started, others are by default because I never attempted it. I don't max lift.
