I mean I never hear people use this small amount. If I see the effects than why not ? Is the logic that - the gains will not last long (post cycle) cause that is not a big enough amount ?
Low dose is the way to go. You will make great gains for several cycles doing that, as long as you keep training hard and eating right.

Most guys just use more drugs to replace their lack of brains. That is they are lazy, dependent on steroids, and do not adapt at all in their diet or training....they just think more is better and that steroids are the only answer.

Another thing to consider is you will not grow forever no matter what you take, so be realistic about your expectations. The body does not adapt or stop absorbing steroids, it just can only grow so much. If you have a headache 800mg of motrin will help, so taking 80,000mg is better right? That is the logic you have to avoid at all costs.

yeah that is correct. I think first few cycles I used (many years ago) were not used properly. Did not work out right, thought that high cals means almost anything goes. Also did not pay much attention to PCT , especially PCT training and diet. This time I will do it right. Monitor my weight etc carefully and all that.

ontopthegame85 what your dad used was interesting, I can see how that will work for a non competitive bodybuilder.
