    critique my plan

I am new to the boards and have just started working out 6 weeks ago. I’m 30 yrs, 180 lbs, 5’10, 20% body fat. I’ve done some research: please critique my plan! I have never done a cycle. Cycle goal is to be a lean, mean, shredding machine! Wanna look good in 4 months!
    MY PLAN
Goal- I want to cut and have 6 pack abs. 8% body fat in 4 months.
Fitness Plan-Working out with personal trainer at power house gym 3x/wk and 2x/wk on my own. 3 days on , rest, 2 days on, rest
Nutrition- Macro=37%,21%,23%. Maintenance calories=2625, my calorie intake will be 2056. Protein=236,carbs=138,fat=65.5.
Supplements- whey protein 30 min before w/o, essential amino energy and threshold 15 min before w/o, whey protein during w/o, nitro-core 24 post w/o, 5 fish oils/day,
    Cutting cycle- 16 weeks
weeks 1-16 test-e 400mg/week (use arimidex to keep waterweight off also)
weeks 1-16 2iu's HGH ED (for fat loss 2 iu/day is enough)
    weeks 1-8 Tren 100mg EOD
    weeks 9-16 Winstol(stanoplex) 100mg EOD
    Clomid 100mg/day week17, then 50mg/day next 3 weeks
    HCG 500iu/week weeks 3-16

    Couple things wrong.

That cycle is too much and harsh for a first cycle. You cant do a cycle after working out for only 6weeks. train hard, eat right for at least a year or two without gear and then maybe do a light first cycle.

Do you think the fitness plan, diet, and supplements would get good results? How is my diet?

At 18 you don't need all that gear. Get your workout and diet in check, and you will see great gains (and fat loss!)

I would say if your goal is to shred fat, drop your carbs to around 100g daily, and get your fats up to 100 as well. Most people don't realize that while cutting and doing recomp work, fat is your friend, carbs will kill your weight loss.

Cutting 12% body fat off in 4 months is an extremely agressive goal, but you do seem to be picking up on things quite quickly

I am 30 yrs old and 180 lbs to clarify.
I am going to knock my carbs down to 100 and increase my fats to about 100. Can some more people confirm this is right. Is 100 fat too much? I do understand it will be strictly the good fats

My mistake, for some reason I took 180 as 18yrs.

The fats will increase saitey, leaving you more full.

^^ This is good advice. You sound like you did allot of research into the diet side of things, which to be honest is the hardest part. I think 12% in 4 months is going to be tough with only dropping 500 calories per week. I think you need to look at this as a long term life change and start off with 500 per day for a few weeks and adjust if needed. Once you find that you can handle the drop in calories and sticking to eating good foods you could up that to 750 per day and continue.

I would also recommend to you to spend some time in the training forums and look at pretty much everything written by Built. I utilized her "baby got back" routine about 9 months ago and the gains were fantastic.

    Good luck
