    cycle advise.

    I'm planning a 4th cycle. I've acquired:
    40 20mg dbol
    20,000 iu hcg and water
    1 2500 mg primo
    50 50 mg anavar
    40 50 mg clomid
    60 20 mg nolva

    I have 3 prior cycles.
    Dbol, test, sust
    Test, mast, winny
    Test, mast, tren.

    5-11
    205 lbs
    15% bf
    31 yrs old.

Work out 4x a week. Bench 300, looking to bulk and trim by June. No gyno problems
But have trouble maintaining size gains. Straight stays consistant. Biggest was 216. Id like constructive advise on how to run next cycle and what to stack w primo.test blend comes to mind,600 mg/w. I plan on getting 7500 more primo and adding more cardio. I keep a clean diet, generally. Want to avoid bloat. Thanks.

After 3 cycles you only bench 300lbs?

Well I run them at low doses to see how I react. But ya I too am supprised that I'm not at a higher level just from my effort. I've found another source to see if I get better results.

I think you should take the time to describe previous cycles in more detail. Like length, dosage, and pct. I would also give us an example of your diet and split. Some trouble shooting may help as much as designing of your next cycle.

You are making a mistake that a lot of newbies. Instead asking what a good cycle would be for your goals and what you'd like to use, you bought some things without any thought and ask what kind cycle can I do with these items? Cycles should be designed on what you need not what you have.

Vibrant made a really solid point.
You may have done three cycles but excuse me for saying from what you have there that isnt a good one.
The base of any cycle is test.
You have enough d-bol for a light dose front kicker.
Enough HCG to be ran throughout.
Clomid and if you want to I guess nolva for PCT.
    But theres no test.
There are a lot of good articles and sticky's here about how to put together a good cycle and great routines, sample diets and everything.
You have the base to get started but not the real deal listed here.
We can help you just do some more research and a bit later some of us will help put something together for you.

If he posted great deads and squats I would not care, I wonder if he even does those lifts.

You sound like a typical juice head. Thinking juice will do everything for you.

Gear advice is not want you need. You need trainining advice.

You need to start training more than 4 days a week. Your going on your 4th cycle and your still training like a woman. Think of this a 12 week cycle x 4 days training a week = 48 training days for your cycle. Know a 12 week cycle x 6 days a week training = 72 workouts. Put your gear to work if you want to get big and stay big. That is a 50% increase in training for your cycle, seems like a no brainer to me.

Sorry, not trying to be a dick, but your kind of asking for it.
