    Another Tren & Prop thread...this time more exciting

    I was thinking

    Running Caber e3d @ .5mg
    Aromasin EOD or as needed
    Fishoil
    Multi
    Ambien

    WK1: Prop 300mg MWF
    WK2: Prop 300mg & Tren A 280mg MWF
    WK3: Prop 300mg & Tren A 280mg MWF
    WK4: Prop 300mg & Tren A 280mg MWF
    WK5: Prop 300mg & Tren A 280mg MWF
    WK6: Prop 300mg & Tren A 280mg MWF
    WK7: Prop 300mg & Tren A 280mg MWF
    WK8: Prop 300mg & Tren A 280mg MWF
    WK9: Prop 300mg MWF

    Or..I've heard so many people support running tren higher than test.
    So in that case I could lower the test to 200-250 per week and run the Tren for 300.

    Any input?
    I'm sure someone will ask so, stats 5'9" 190. Was 10% bf a month or so ago. Been lifting for several years.

    From the pics I saw of you, you looked pretty damn lean already. If I was you I would bulk up, but I'd you're looking to shred the hell up, that would be a good cycle. From everything I've been reading, I think you should run the tren higher than prop. Also, pinning ED seems to reduce sides, so if the sides are getting to you, you could try pinning a smaller amount ED.

    Thanks brotha. I have enough pins on hand to switch to ED if necessary. I will bulk up down the road but for now was thinking somewhere between recomp and lean gains, we'll see how strictly I can adhere to my diet. Not sure what to run the prop/tren at if I do tren higher.

    Was wondering same. I ran 100 ed of tren w/ 500 test e on my first tren run. Tren ed is popular consensus I've found. Pinnin ed is annoying at first but become habbit over time

    What do you mean by why pro? Just saw mwf was typical protocol for some but I guess if it's EOD then it wouldn't always be mwf

    I did mt tren ace monday thru friday for 500 mgs and i would do the same for the test or you could do the test ed. for a total of 700 mgs

    This is correct ed means ed lol. I also don't get how some say eod and mean mwf... That defuse the point of keeping it level imo

    As far as Tren higher than Prop

    Week 1- 8 Prop @ 200-250
    Week 2-7 Tren @ 300

    caber/aromasin the same as mentioned
