    planning future cycle

As some of you may know I'm working with an injury right now so this will not be run until I'm fully recovered (possibly post surgery... ugh) In the mean time my mind is wandering to what I will do when I'm cleared to lift 100% again. Right now this is the basic format I'm thinking of. I may even forgo the tren and just sub in 100mg Var ED and some extra test during the end cutting phase. Just looking for some feedback, I think I have most of this covered but you can never be too sure

stats 5'9 175 (and falling at the moment...) 12-13% bf? 2 previous cycles - test/dbol(10 weeks at 500mg, 1-4 25mg dbol ED) and test/deca (12 weeks, 650 test 300 deca). I was about 10 pounds heavier pre-injury, Kinda depressing but hey what're you gonna do, anyway here's the rough outline at the moment.

    wks 1-6 650mg Test E, split 2x a week
    wks 1-4 dbol @ 40-50mg ED
    Wks. 6-10 800mg test E
A-dex dose will vary, possibly nolva @ 10mg ED as I'm somewhat susceptible to gyno
    ----------------------------------
    wks. 11-14 cruise @ 250mg Test E
    ----------------------------------
    Wks 15-20(possibly 22 if I can hang ). 500mg test E, 350mg tren Ace
caber .5mg 2x a week and A-dex used during this time

    pct- cruise

Alternatively: weeks 15-22 Var @ 100mg ED in place of tren

So essentially the first 10 weeks will be a solid bulk, basically the same cycle I ran for my first one with higher doses and an increase around week 6. I just want to keep it simple and I like being able to use nolva whenever I have some gyno paranoia. Then I'll cruise for 4 (possibly more) weeks and let myostatin decrease/give my body a break etc. Then I'll jump right into 6-8 weeks of tren ace and double my cruising test dosage, I'll be cutting during this stage and hopefully come out the end looking pretty solid. I really plateau'd hard around week 8 on my previous cycles so I'm using the "ramp up" technique as well as a short cruise in between so hopefully that will help. Any thoughts?

Me personally id say thats a long time on cycle 12-14 weeks is perfect and most common for the serious lifter id say the ramp up technique at week 6 would be a good idea im about to start a similar cycle test cyp weeks 1-6 500mg/wk,,7-12 at 750/wk,, weeks 1-4 dbol 50 mg/ day,,masteron E. 400mg/wk 1-6,,500mg7-12...i would use adex from start to finish at .5 eod to prevent any unwanted symptoms an save the nolva for pct only along with clomid thats always done me good,

No pct here, so length isn't a huge issue. I will most likely get bloodwork to check rbc/hematocrit etc. midway through. Getting ai dosage right has been an issue in the past especially with dbol, too much and I get sore and achy, too little and my nips start itching. Low dose nolva kinda solves that problem without any real issues since I won't be using a 19-nor during that period.

I may divide them up into two separate cycles, but essentially all that would change would be the length of time cruising in between. Perhaps I'll wait more like 8 weeks before starting the tren
