    Taking a break Help please

    We'll I just ran 4 weeks of dbol 30mg and 12 weeks of test e.....
    Besides getting extremely strong I got promoted at work so I went from 40 hours a week to 60-70 -_- needless to say my diet suffered immensely I gained only 12 pounds 70-80% of which is likely to be water weight im currently running my clomid.

    MY POINT IS I NEED SERIOUS HELP AND MOTIVATION...
    MY DIET IS FUCKED

    Im only taking in 1,500 -2,400 cals a day
    I know to grow you need to eat but I never have time or I just plain forget :/
    I need a way to remind myself to eat and take in maximum calories per meal while at work.
    I want to consistently take in 4000 calories a day for the next 3 months before I even consider another cycle ... im just so lost and need serious help
    can someone make me a simple meal plan

    If you're shooting for 4000 cals, do some simple math on whatever the fuck 4000/6 is(655 or some shit like that) and that's how many cals you need per meal. You want some detailed shit, you better pay up. We ain't hear to spoon feed you(literally and figuratively)

    There comes a time when you just need to be obsessive. Planning out meals a week in advance, counting macros, scheduling meals etc. it's the same whether you're bulking or cutting. Become OCD about it.

    I'm cheap and don't have a lot of spare time...

    I buy the 3lb package of ground turkey 93% lean from walmart grocery, its cheap, around $6.50 I think. I cook it all at once in a pan like you would with ground beef for tacos and try to finish it in 24 hours.

    After I cook it, I keep it in the fridge and just mix it with whatever I feel like, if I have some pasta and sauce or beans and rice or even potato's. If cutting I just season it and eat it like a big turkey burger without a bun or with some mixed veggies.

    Just try to finish it within a day its about 300 grams of protein, if bulking just keep track of carbs and have some healthy fats throughout the day and adjust carbs/calories down if gaining too much fat... boom dieting made simple

    You need a reminder? I'm willing to bet you have a smart phone with an alarm clock, or even set reminders through your mobile microsoft outlook (supposing you have it).

    I know at times we can't always sit and eat a huge meal at work, but thats where supplements come in. Keep some milk in your work fridge and tub of protein under your desk. You need to consume 6-7 meals every 2-3 hours, and I don't care what anyone says... A shake DOES count as a meal replacement.

    Unless your bound to your desk or you work in a cave, you have to have a break room. Keep protein powder or a homemade mass-gainer there with milk if nothing else.

    I've pre-packed my meals and taken a cooler to work for years. I'm not talking a lunch box, a cooler. I pack as many meals as I will need and have shaker cups, protein powder, natty PB and almonds in my office. You can make the time to eat right, but you have to want to do it. When I started bulking, I ate a lot of fast food. But it's shit on a regular basis, not saying it can't be a reward but eating it daily won't help.
