    Ready for the "BIG LEAGUES"!!!

    Whats up fellas!!! New to the site, figure I'd introduce myself and let you guys know something about me. Well I'm getting ready for my first cycle, should be ordering next Friday if everything goes as planned. My stats are 5'11 190 BF 15%. I'm 31yrs old. My diet is on point(2,500Cals). I've been working out on and off since 16. Spent sometime in prison doing the prison routine. My goals are to gain about 10-15lbs lean mass and keep it, also my goal is to educate myself as much as I can about AAS and everything that comes along with it. For my first cycle I plan on running a Test E only cycle as followed:
    Cycle:
    wk1-10 Test E 250ml 2xwk(Mon,Thurs)

    OCT:
    wk2-10 Forma-Stanzol(as rec)
    wk2-6 HCGenerate(as rec)
    wk6-12 HCG 250iu's 2xwk(Sun,Wed)
    I'll have Nolva on hand in case of gyno side's

    PCT:
    wk12-16 Clomid 50/50/20/20 ed
    wk12-16 Forma-Stanzol(as rec)
    wk12-16 Unleashed/Post Cycle

    Please feel free to give your advice. Thanx.

    At 2500 cals you might not get the results you desire. 3500 and up is needed. But you are correct on the test only cycle. I pin test e once a week

    I'm not sure what forma-stanzol is, but you need to include an AI. And you should run your HCG at 500 iu twice weekly.

    Hcg 500ius x2 a wk
    Personnely Id get a real AI such as arimidex and drop the forms-stanzol/ hcgenerate, I wouldn't rely on OTC products

    Just did some calculations (weight minus 20%x13) gave about 3,000 cals.

    Forma-stanzol is an AI (lentaron). Its actually a OTC suicide aromase inhibitor. I was probably gonna grab some Adex just in case this isnt strong enough. But Forma has alot of good reviews and highly recommended by some top shelf guys in the industry.

    At 5' 11", depending how many calories you burn at resting, seems that you need to up the calories to 4,200.

    Power Over Push Ups 20reps
    Crunches 40reps
    Push Up Salute 20reps

    Crunches 40reps

    Station #2 4sets
    Split squat jumps 30 seconds
    Mountain Climbers 30 seconds

    Station #3 4sets
    Bicycle Pull Ups 20seconds
    Hanging Leglifts to Bar 20seconds

    Station #4 1-2sets
    Push Ups 25reps
    Body weight Squats 50reps
    Pull ups 5-10reps
    Sit ups 25 reps

    All in a days work. 3x a week
    Hit the weight 2x a week doing full body exercises

    You're going to need to eat more than 2500 calories a week to see major results. I must say that I'm impressed by your "first" cycle and how you're not overdoing it. I wish you the best of luck.

    looks pretty good but i would still get a real ai like adex or aromasin.

    Yeah think I'll take your advice. Found some chemical research aromasin. Think I'll run with that.
