    cycle questions

Rule of thumb is to wait your cycle time off plus pct before starting another cycle. Now for the people that get blood tests does this still apply or can you start back up when levels return to normal?

its mostly personal preference. A doctor might tell u to take as much time off as u were on. But then again a doctor wouldn't recommend juicing in the first place. If your planning on cycling back to back for a long period of time it might not be such a good idea to put your endocrine system up and down like that. U might wanna stay solid with a steady dose of test year around. But if u plan on cycling I'd take enough time off so you wouldn't even have to worry about it. Like 4 months off, and only cycle twice a year. But the problem comes when you take alot of time off you lose alot of what you've gained. So its a personal decision. Cruising on test has its health risk but so does the back to back rollercoaster cycling.

i would wait. time on = time off. just eat like crazy and lift like an animal to try to save as much gains as possible between cycles. its safer imo.
