    Test and Bloating?

Test is TEST right? Your gonna retain water right? So what is the most affective way to not retain water? Is it threw diet and cardio? Or is it threw the use on an AI? How do you properly maintain the correct amount of water?

you pretty much answered your own question. it is a mix of all three and really a personal preference. if running a small dose of test (anything 500 and under) i dont use an AI. i rely on a clean diet to keep my bloat to a minimum, but remember that some water retention can be beneficial for strength and comfort while lifting

Basically I figured if I ate clean keep my calorie intake around 2,750 per day and sodium under 2,000 I'd be fine. Plus drink a lot of water along with some good daily fasted cardio. That way I would not need that much use of an AI.

Nolva and Armidex will definitely reduce water retention. Best not taking either though to get full effect from the cycle, consume more h2o.

    Aromasin is your answer.

And keep bloating from other sources down - eat healthy, decrease sodium intake, drink a lot of water.

Thanx for the info guys! Plan on keeping a low sodium high cal and high water diet. If I can keep water retention low that way, then hopefully I wont have to use my AI that much. Going to have on hand just in case.

Definitely sodium/water/carb intake IMO. AI helps but even with that if you're diet is shit and you barely drink water you'll be bloated

    1) Drink plenty of water on cycle I drink anywhere from 1 gallon to a-1/2gal a day.
    2) a good AI and diet also.

Arimidex (anastrozole) helps with bloat, but beware, using an AI on cycle will impact your gains in a negative way.

Not only for bloat, but keep an AI or Nolva on hand in case you get sensitive nips. Then the bloat will be the least of your worries.
