    I love prop

So, I've made the switch to prop, and so far it's been successful. After only 7 days, I'm starting to see gains and getting pumps. I was experiencing a little PIP after injecting quads and delts the first time. This last time I injected into my quads and the next day I trained legs, and my leg is significantly more sore than all my other shots. Enough to make me limp a little.

Does anyone else have this happen if you train the muscle that was just injected? Or, is it just a coincidence?

Quad injects always give me the most problems.

I love prop as well. Great big fast rush of androgens coursing through your veins. Great for sex drive as well =)

So, you don't think it has anything to do with training legs the next day? My first 2 quad shots didn't hurt at all.

I can have flawless injects with quads then I manage to hit EVERY nerve or blood vessel or just plain inject in a spot that creates massive PIP. I finally gave up shooting quads. WAY too many problems for me. I think it may be coincidence because some muscle groups rarely give me problems like glutes or delts.

Unfortunately, I'm so inflexible that I can't hit glutes without hacking my glute up. So, it's quads and delts for me.

If you can reach your wallet in your back pocket you can hit glutes. I stand with my weight on the leg opposite that I shoot and put my foot of the side I'm hitting behind my other foot so its bent and no weight on it. I then hit at an angle into the outer upper quadrant of my glute. Easy peasy.

Imagine the guy above putting his left foot behind his right foot with the left knee bent.

*Edit~left toes are touching the floor only.

My issue is holding the pin steady while being twisted around.

I pierced a vein while hitting my right quad in my gf's bathroom one time, and blood shot everywhere. EVERYWHERE. Took me about half an hour to clean the 'white' fucking place up. Blamed my time in there on her cooking...

Ah, yeah sometimes I move the pin around a bit. When I used Clen injects were nothing short of ridiculous I was shaking so much.

HAHA, I ran into this a few days ago while pinning winny and prop in my delt (which is bad enough). I swear the needle was moving in out like a jack hammer. I almost stopped halfway through and probably should have. Hurt like someone hit me with a baseball ball bat for 3 days afterwards.

Did it again on my glute after working back. Couldnt really get twisted around enough either. Called my GF in to push the plunger in and she got all light headed and sit down while I finished jack hammering it in again.

With all prop injections, I get some PIP, but quads always left to massive pip for at least 3 days. It got better once I found a sweet spot on the outer portion of my thigh, but if I miss that spot by a hair, I pay for it.

Glutes and delt injections always leave pip for a day or two, but it's manageable. Pretty soon i'm going to try the slin pin route and inject into tricep and chest to see if it's more tolerable.

I run into the same problem sometimes... I rotate injection sites and keep track of them on my calendar. Some days I work the muscle group I just pinned an hour before. I find that PIP is more noticeable for sure. It's that deep dull ache that you know is there everytime you move. It's never during a workout but lookout the next 2 or 3 days after that!! Delt PIP is much worse for me than quad or glute. The delt pain affects my sleeping...

As far as pinning glutes... I do as Heavy described for my right side but also use the bathroom sink as a way to steady my leg. I also use the wall beside the sink to steady my arm while injecting. It keeps everything really steady. This might sound really strange but for my left glute I actually lay on the bathroom floor and use the tub and wall to do the steadying. If you tell anybody I told this to you I will completely deny knowing what you are talking about!!!

After 2 very painful prop cycles and trying 4 different brands, I've come to the conclusion that prop is not for me. I've tried pinning shoulders, quads and glutes. All of which, would leave me feeling crippled after a day and depending on the muscle group, the pain would last for up to five days. Shoulders and quads were the worst for me. I’ll be sticking to cyp and enathate.

    Good luck!

I guess I'm lucky, my pain is totally bearable. only 1 out of 5 shots had me limping so far. I'm loving the quick results too.

I don't train a muscle I've just injected for that exact reason - I usually leave it a couple of days.
