    He wants to gain 5-7 lbs. That would take a trained athelete with increadible genetics a full year to do naturally. That is a significant amount of muscle mass. If we wants some extra push, take NO Explod. He want's the kind of gains which either take a year of busting your ass and doing everything right or 12 weeks with AAS and doing most things right. This place will teach him how to do it right if he listens. My guess is it will take him a year anyway using AAS with is current logic.

    You guys are on both ends of the extreme...

    I mean honestly bro, that's the best route in my opinion given your goals. To keep things safe I might throw in some test prop at a low dose. Something like this might work well

    SD: 20/20/30/30/40/40
    Prop: 50mg EOD (6 weeks approx 200mg per week)

    Choose your AI. I like aromasin. It seems to make PCT easier. For a cycle like this though, you could honestly run E-Control RX. It's a badass OTC AI. Maybe even Formastane as it seems to be gaining popularity. Superdrol "doesn't aromatize" and your prop dose is low enough that you should have much aromatase activity. Plus you are already somewhat lean so that will help. Forma or E-control will have no problem keeping your E2 in check. I've run E-control with small cycles before and had great results.

    Unfuck your diet, focus in and prioritize your training, and you will easily gain 7 or 8 pounds with minimal water and fat gain. If your diet is on point you wont gain fat or water you will lose it, just ask heavy Recomp son.

    EDIT: you could even bump the prop up to 75 or 100 later on in your cycle depending on how smooth everything is running.

    thks bros - I bought the No2 Explode Black today - and 1MR - but I couldnt get the SDMZ - they didnt have here - I will look online - got oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet patotoes, fish, chicken and cottage cheese - lets see wht happens - will check back in with pics - in 8-10 weeks - and my wheels aint great so will train them hard and see if that helps - thks again
