Your diet is where this will happen.. You can take any gear you like and if your diet is shit.. The gear will NOT help, In fact it will do more harm than good.

small dose of test enanthate with a well planned diet, training regimen.. But the last two are truely the key

Test, t3 and get a good meal plan. If you take something to burn fat and don't change what you're eating you'll just be fat again when you stop the sppliment

Echoing what these guys said. Your diet is what makes the difference. Do your cardio, eat clean, and reduce overall caloric intake.

As far as gear tren never hurts. Don't want tren try mast or winny. T3/t4 never hurts, as well as ECA. But again, diet is king. You can cut on 400mgs of test very easily.

dont want to sound cynical but that is painting with a broad brush. ill help this guy out since i have a similar question.
im on week 8 of my cycle here are my stats
    33 yrs old
    5'11"
started at 203 lbs 16.9% BF now at 218lbs 17.9%bf
    diet started out very shitty
    now doing as follows
cream of wheat 1 serv in morning breakfast
    2 fried eggs no yolk
3 hours later 6 oz chicken breast with 1 cup of real rice.
3 hours 6 oz chicken 1 cup of rice again
have protein shake after workout in there 30 grams no milk
dinner is meat and veggies no more pastas or breads if i can avoid it.
another protein shake before bed with water
sticking prety close to this with occasional cheating on candy but not much.
    would like BF at 10%
    chest/Bis day 1 alternate routines
day two 40 mins cardio and abs etc
    day 3 rest
    day 4 legs and shoulders
    day 5 rest
    day 6 back and tris
    day 7 rest
schedule sometimes creates variations but pretty close to this is what im sticking with.
    gear looks like this
    300mgs Test "E"
    60 mgs Deca blend
i know laughable dose compared to all you brutes out there but it works for me at this stage with low sides.

any advice for cutting fat and not losing muscle?
routines, diet, gear, etc thanks guys

Just use test for cutting. No need to run a bunch of fancy compounds if fat-loss and anti-catabolism are your only goals. Peptides and GH are obviously great too. Empty stomach morning cardio....continue fasting for a while after the cardio. Lift heavy weights, and create a caloric defeciet.

dont want to sound like an idiot but...wont a calorie deficit cause muscle loss? or will the proteins make up for the loss?

one thing i didnt mention i have a horrid work schedule one day im up at 2am and on the road for 14 hours sometimes have to layover in over states; however, the weekends and a couple weekdays are easier to maintain.
will a inconsistent schedule like that still produce results if i cant follow all the rules?

A great way to lose fat is to eat raw foods like chicken and broccoli or ricecakes, yams, etc. You can pack your foods on the road and if you can get some workout w/ weights 3/4 times a week you will lose fat and maintain muscle.
