    Give Your Opinion!!!

But dont be an ass. Looking to start my first cycle an want to know should I continue do what I'm doing or make the jump into the big leagues. I'm 31 5'11 185-90lbs bf% on caliper 12% I'd say 15%(you tell me). Worked out on/off my whole life.My daily cals are around 2000 and I'm on a low sodium diet. Pretty clean (rice, tuna, chicken, lean ground beef, pasta, oatmeal, broccoli, salad, raisins, banana,a pple sauce). This is my daily intake except its either chicken or ground beef not both in the same day. My routine right now is all body weight(trying to slim up some). I do am fasted cardio 5x a week. I also do a couple of circuits of push ups and crunches and dips lunges burpees and etc. Should be starting the weight routine in the next week or so. Was thinking of putting in a month in the gym before cycle.(you tell me). My goal is to put on 10-15 lean lbs of muscle. Will have blood work done prior cycle,on cycle, and during PCT.

Cycle will be very basic 500mg Test E with aromasin as my AI. Also will have HCG on hand for my nuts and Nolva aswell incase of gyno. My PCT will consist of Clomid,Aromasin,Vitamin C and Creatine.

So heres my pics let me know if I am ready or not. And where you think I need to improve.http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii64/rei_rei_tsk/IMG_0083.jpg http://http://i261.photobucket.com/albums/ii64/rei_rei_tsk/IMG_0081.jpg.

    Thanx alot BROS...

Your BF is higher than 12%, what is your reasoning for body weight vs weight training for "slimming up?"

I would put some time in the gym lifting heavy before you go on cycle but it looks like you have a decent base to work with.

I said I took my BF% with a caliper and I thought it was more like 15%. And I have not hit the gym cause of personal reasons but that should be taken care of next week. Figured diet cardio and intense body weight circuits would be enough to drop some BF and tone up before my cycle. Whats your opinion?

I personally think you should have more of a consistant weight training program in place, you could loose some BF naturally with it.

Your bf is more than12-15%. Your training is not right for aas use. Do alot of reading. Your diet is not good either 2000cals for 190 lb man? Do some reading. You are not a good candidate for aas bro. You will benefit wayy more from gear if everything else is rolling first. Just my opinion.

You really shouldn't do a cycle if you haven't put some serious weight training in yet. You'll be "getting in shape" on cycle when you should be well used to abusing your body w weight lifting.

Thanx for your opinion. My scale could be off but I am around 190 and I do consume around 2,000 a day now. Thats just to maintain my weight. I do feel I need to hit the gym and implement a consistent work out. I have a good routine, just need to put it to use. How long in the gym should I put in before I consider aas? Was not planning on jumping right on a cycle. This post was to get some feed back on what I need to improve. Are you saying I need to improve my DIET and TRAINING?

I used a BF% caliper. The caliper says I'm at 12% now I know the calipers are off. An I've been tole to add the 3% to what the caliper says. Now its kind of hard to belief the caliper would be off by 8%. And yes bro I've lifted before.

Did you use the 3, 8, or 9 point caliper test?

Bro, you need to fix your diet for starters. And I definitely think you could use some help with training. You are not ready for aas at this point.

I'd put your BF around 17%. You still need work on weight loss. My suggestion would be to get a better set of calipers, drop the fat to 9-10%, diet and train a bit more intelligently.

you probably wont like this answer but you need a good 3 years of quality weight training, and diet.

i would look at it this way,,, you should have such a solid natty base that people already believe your on gear; before you even think about it.

you honestly dont even look like you workout, but props for posting a pic.

I wouldn't get on gear for a long time. You can still get big naturally.Do a lot of compound movements.I would hit it hard before trying to diet and keep it clean. The more muscle the more bf you will burn.Your body will be like a furnace with more muscle.Id go with at least 4 k to get more muscle. You need to really hit the squats and presses. It will make your upper body grow more as it releases more hormones.
you have to start somewhere.Pushups are a waist of time for mass. There good for a burnout after a heavy chest routine.

Dont take these replys in a wrong way.
Good luck bro you will get there
