i don't think u should worry about gaining weight and taking crap you are not competing, quick results come with an expense: your health.
i know you don't agree but i think at 200 lbs you are big enough yet you can move and run with some agility since it is your natural weight your body is saying to you that that this is your weight if you force yourself to gain weight you will be slow, more fat and YES weaker.
Bjg, I think its time for you to go home and finish your geometry homework. It's getting late and you're out after dark.

I would say my strength has gone up, I look bigger just don't have the weight to prove I was expecting to be heavier by now but maybe I just have an insane metabolism.. I will be upping my test to 750 a week keep tren the same and up my cals to 4500 a day see how it goes..

I find it strange you haven't gained any weight, but I would try upping your calories before having to up your test.

Could it be possible that I'm over training? I was working on chest today and all of a sudden my bicep starting hurting like a MF almost like tendonitis? If i take the rest of the week off from the gym and go back on Monday i may have better results. I've been going HAM for months now and I almost feel like i need a few days to heal.

Yep,i agree with all of the above!!!Up the intake of clean cals, but if you did drop the bf and you're still at the same weight, you did gain mass!

You can only gain so much muscle. With the tren your gains are usually more solid lbs and not as much water and fat. Id say your doing good from how you say you look bigger and leaner in the mirror.

What I have found to work the best is to train "only" EOD and then if you feel like you need to hit the gym 2 days in a row then go and just hit cardio and abs or something. I have been doing this for some time now and it is working very well. Plus you need to remember that when you work out it is hard on your nervous system and it take about 24 hours for it to recover. If it is not recovered and you go back to the gym you will not grow because your body will take care of your nervous system first before it start to heal anything else. Just good to keep in mind. Plus you do not want to f up your nervous system you will end up with anxiety issues.

^^ Good advice bro! I feel like if I don't lift everday (M-F) i'm missing out on what i could be doing. I do feel what your saying though, today i felt so tired and drawn out but i think its because i don't have enough rest. I will definitely try to split it up better. Thanks again!
