I would like advice on anabolic choice for muscle gain and have complete stats for body stature, weight, height, age, diet, and exercise plan below.
1) Age - 20
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat and Height - 63.5 kg (140lbs) 14% body fat (ectomorph), and 167cm ( 5' 6'')
3) Years of Consistant Training experience- On and off for past 2 monthsbasically none.
4) Previous Cycle experience - None
5) Training routine and Diet: Planned training cycle:Monday
Big Lifts Day:
• Deadlifts – 3 Sets
• Squats – 3 sets
• Shrugs – 3 sets
• Decline Benchpress – 3 sets
Tuesday
Chest Day:
• Incline Dumbbell Press – 3 sets
• Flat Bench Press – 3 sets
• Dumbbell Press – 3 sets
• Flyes – 3 sets
• Incline Flyes – 3 sets
Wednesday
Lats + Abs Day:
• Chinups – 3 sets
• Bar Rows – 3 sets
• T-Bar Rows – 3 sets
• Hanging Leg Raises – 3 sets
• Weighted
Thursday
Deltoids:
• Military Press – 3 sets
• Lateral Raises –3 sets
• Bar Raise – 3 sets
• Upright Rows – 3 sets
Friday
Triceps Day:
• Weighted Dips – 3 sets
• Cable Pulldowns – 3 sets
• French Press – 3 sets
• Skullcrushers – 3 sets
Saturday
Biceps Day:
• Barbell Curls – 3sets
• Incline Dumbbell Curls – 3sets
• Dumbbell Curls to Hammer Curls upon fail – 3 sets
Sunday
Rest Day 6- 10 reps per set, weight goes up after 10 reps achieved.
Diet: Will maintain a diet of only nutritional food to the ratio of 20% fat, 40% carbs, 40% protein
6) Cycle Goals
My goal is to be 80kg of mass, with 6-10% fat
Looking to do a 6 week cycle (excluding post treatment cycle)

These guys are right, but dont get discouraged. You need to learn how to eat right. Without having the diet dialed in you will just be pissing in the wind by using gear. Sure you will make gains, but they wont stick around if you dont know how to eat and train right. Stick around and learn all you can.

you've only been training for two months and you already want do gear? not to mention the fact you're only 20. train for a minimum of 2-3 years before revisiting the idea of doing gear. visit the diet and training sections and ask for help there, that will help you the most at this point.

Your 20 years old so your natty Test and Growth Hormone is still at optimal levels. All you need is a good understanding of diet protocols. It's all about protein, carbs, sugar and the ways they are took in.
I was older than you, 120lbs and a hard gainer when I started but after proper diet I gained over 40lbs natty. It takes time but is well worth it in the end-good luck bro.
beat your mates ass take his gear and sell it to someone who SHOULD use it bro lol ya like everyones been tellin ya too young and only two months of training is absolutely crazy to think bout gear..people will do anything for a quik buck these days thats lame..use natty potential stack some weight train couple years understand diet and proper procedure for aas come back.. good luck
