My cycle is 1-8 weeks of dp cut mix. 2nd eod
    Weeks 1-4dbol 40mg.

1-15 dp equipoise 450 per week.
I have ten cycles or so under me

Well my problem is that my left nipple os getting the dreaded first stage hard small gumi knot. What should I do. I have 100 nolvadex and 100 clomid on hand. I don't have access to letro anytime soon.

    Whats in your cut mix?

If your cycle doesn't have Tren or Deca in it your lump is test gyno forming and the only real way to help stop it is either run Adex or Aromasin. Nova can make your Estro rebound which will make the problem bigger and clom wont touch it.
If the lump is there after you've recovered from your cycle Letro theripy is the best way to help get rid of most of the lump.

You need letro. Then you're gonna need aromasin to prevent estrogen rebound from the letro.

You should also start taking caber or prami to bring your prolactin levels down.

How much tren is in your cut mix?
Some people will never have issues and then Bam it shows up. I'd get on some caber or prami now.
Like The other guys said the letro will handle it but use aromasin because there will be estro-rebound.

Don't take the Nolva because this is most likely Progesterone related gyno as apposed to estrogen, and Nolva may only make things worse. You need some caber, bro.

If it is estrogen induced the nolva will help. (And even if it's not it won't hurt, the idea that Nolva "upregulates progesterone receptors" is a bro-myth).

Caber or prami and an AI would be good...but as you stated it will take a long time for them to get to you from overseas.

A lot of guys here will laugh, but there are some things you can get otc that will at least help until your ancillaries arrive. Namely p-5-p (a form of vitamin b6), and some dopa mucuna. Both to help lower the tren induced increase in prolactin levels.

An ai such as TD formestane applied directly to the pecs/nipples would also be a good idea. In lieu of this, taking DIM/I3C should help as well.

    Good luck.
