Hey i started my first cycle a week ago just got ahold of some dbol and ye... im 6'' 205 maybe 10 % bf been working out as long as i can remember...
1-12 - t 400 (200 mg x 2 /week)
2-6 dbol 25 mg ed
1-12 - armixdex (.5 mg eod)
4-14 - hcg (250 iu e3d [500 iu/week])
2- 12 proviron (50 mg ed)
PCT
nolva- 40/40/20/20
clomid - 100/50/50/25
is this PCT good enough or should something be added?
i also have some proviron which im not sure if i should take during cycle 50 mg ed?? or for PCT... any suggestions??
i will be trying to eat 300 g protien and 400-500 g carbs a day... and working out in demolition and hitting the gym everyday..

isnt aromasin a AI and i thought i needed a SERM like clomid or nolva for pct??? isnt clomid a good pct to come off of this cycle im not sure if i can get aromasin is it really necessary?

Are you just taking 400mg of test per week???Would also begin the dbol right away,will kick in until you feel the test!!!

An AI like aromasin during pct is beneficial because it's what we refer to as "suicide" on estrogen, halts prod and prevents estrogen rebound. You don't wanna have high Estro during pct while the test is clearing and your returning to your natural production.
Is aromasin neccassary ? IMO yes it is but everyones different and labs confirm all the guessing.

With you size I would surely bump up the test to at least 500mgs for better results. IMO brother I wouldn't be in the gym everyday as your body is going to need recovery especially with AAS. Your body will be going through a chemical transformation and your body will need solid rest and recovery. I know you are fired up about your cycle but brother learn from guys like me that you can do more focused exercises in less time in the gym and get huge. During cycle you will want to focus a lot on proper recovery to avoid exhaustion of your muscle tissues that could lead to injury or over use. What are your goals for this cycle and how many calories will you be consuming every day?

Do your d-bol from day one. Get yourself some aromasin.
Up you'r test dose.
Should be a simple cycle and you'll get good results.

id do my dbol from the begining but i only had t400 when i first started .. im on week 3 now and im going to try and get some aromasin .. and would a 3 day 1 rest split be really good? im aiming for maybe 5-6,000 carolies a day.. 200-250g of protien (trying to aim for 300 but finding it difficult to fit more meals in) and im 22

I'd really hope you'd stop and do a pct now, and give it a couple years! Your basically at the height of your natural test production utilize that man!!

hey so i recently talked to some friends and they said that 400 was rather low per week im thinking bout bumping it up to .75 ml 2x a week or 1 ml x2 week (600 or 800 mg weekly) what do you guys think of this is this excessive? would i be more prone to gyno or other effects? and should i increase my arimedex or keep it at .5 eod?

anyone wanna give some input? my shots coming up tonight and i think im gonna try doing .75 ml tonite so bumpin it up the t400 to 600 mg a week

Keep it where you are at. You have just got things going (against better judgement) so give this a chance. It's still high enough to be considered supra physiological along with the dbol kicker. Let it be, and focus your thoughts on eating, training, and resting.

so what can some negative effects come from uping it from 400 mg / week to 600 mg / week? if im still taking an AI and have nolva on hand incase any gyno comes up i dont see what the issue would be with bumping it up... im not saying there isnt one im just trying to understand the negative side to bumpin it up

i would drop the dbol unless you like moon face and water retention (unless u using for strength purposes).........cutting and bulking cycles are dumb.....its all about goals and "dry" gains or strength gains and controling water......get to know your roid of choice



^Agreed you can cut on just about any steroid. Its all about diet,ai, and cardio.
