    HDL Chlorestoral extremely low

    So my HDL came back about 65 % lower then it needs to be...


    Off cycle, starting clomid next week. Will it rise naturally? any certain foods to avoid?

    does it even fucking matter?

    It will rebound once you are off the gear unless it is a perennial issue for you.

    Were you running Var or tren? Both are notorious for lowering HDL.

    Niacin has been shown to raise HDL. There's even a prescription strength version (I think it's called Niaspan), but it has the same active ingredient as OTC versions. The one caveat is that I don't think the no flush versions have been shown to help, although extended release versions have.

    Try Animal Omega packs . They work well for me, I take one to two packs a day. As heavy said it should rebound after a few weeks.

    It will come back. Niacin helps, but start at 1/4 of a tablet and work up or the flush/itching can be unbearable. Also, avoid saturated and trans fat, and don't completely kill the estrogen
