    Igf, test, and metha drol cycle update!

    Hey guys,Just wanted to share my gains. I usually do 1 cycle a year. This time I decided to run 40-80mcgs of igf-1lr3 Ed, 600 mg of test cyp per week, and 2 pills a day of metha drol. I started on jan 1 at 6 foot 195 pounds and 10% bf. today I weighed in at 210 with 10% bf! I'm not sure if the igf mixed with aas is the key but I'm not putting on bloat weight at all! I can't wait to see where I am at week 10.

    You will start building a tolerance to IGF with continuous use so is effectiveness will be reduced, take a break for a 2 weeks from the igf then resume to gain full benefit.

    Thanks man, I was planning on 4 weeks on, then 4 more weeks during pct....you think that would be ok?

    4 weeks on 2 weeks off 4 weeks on repeat till you die! lol

    Lol, the only thing that scares me about it is when people say it makes everything including your heart grow. I'm guessing it's just hypochondriacs saying they think that might happen but it still freaks me out a little.

    even taking test and metha drol will grow your heart, after prolong used.

    Risk Vs Reward, its okay to use IMO, but say after a few months take a prolonged break you know, use your brain. Dont abuse it, but use it to the best of your ability, Sub Q or Bi lat is a nice way to use it.

    My advice on workout days use LR3 Bi Lat, and on non workout days pin 400mcg Peg MGF sub q, this will allow you to run your IGF for up to 8 weeks without having to stop. :-)

    Thx for the advice bro. I respond really well to 1 aas cycle per year. I always put on 15-20 pounds in 10 weeks and keep everything but the water after a good pct. when I was 21 I went from 165 to 180. When I was 22 I went from 178 to 200. Then this year I went from 195 to 210 so far. My goal is 225 at 7 or 8 % bf by the time I'm 25. Im going to take your advice on the igf for sure!
